摘要

Fast lithium ion conducting glass-ceramics have been successfully prepared from the pseudobinary system 2[Li+xTi_2Si_xP_3-xO_12]-AIPO_4. The major phase present in the glass-ceramics was LiTi_2P_3O_12 in which Ti~4+ ions, respectively. Increasing x resulted in a considerable en- hancement in comductivity, and in a wide composition range extremely high conductivity over 10~3 S/cm was ob- tained at room temperature.
