Mocrowave dielectrics in the (La_1/2Na_1/2)TiO_3-Ca(Fe_1/2)O_3 system

Dielectric properties of the system (1-x)(L_1/2Na_1/2)TiO_3- χCa(Fe_1/2Nb_1/2)O_3, where 0.4≤x≤0.6, have been investi- gated at microwave frequencies. The temperature coeffi- cient of resonant frequency (τ_f), nearly 0 ppm/ deg C, was realized at x=0.58. These ceramics had perovskite struc- ture and showed relatively low dielectric losses.
