Ideas Flow at Fine, Ultrafine and Nano Powders '99

Commercialization and related business issues were discussed alongside new technological developments and emerging applications at Fine, Ultrafine and Nano Powders '99, the second annual Business Communications Co. (BCC) conference held Oct. 17-19,1999, at the Hyatt Orlando (Fla.). With more than 100 attendants from 13 countries, the conference featured 25 invited presentations, an exhibition, a preconference workshop and a technical poster session. The diverse group of invited speakers represented major international corporations, including Coty, DuPont, Eastman Kodak, GE, IBM and Xerox, as well as smaller emerging companies and research institutions involved in the fine particle arena.
