Lisa C. Klein is a newly selected fellow of the New York Academy of Sciences. The honor recognizes her distinguished contrihutions to science, particularly in the area of sol-gel science. Klein is a professor of ceramic and materials engineering at Rutgers University, Piscataway, N.J. Klein, an ACerS Fellow, is a member of the Glass & Optical Materials Division, the Ceramic Educational Council, NICE and Keramos.
