A book that improves deal-making skills, and articles on collaborative law and international arbitration appeals, are the winners of the 2007 International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution Awards for Excellence in ADR. The CPR Institute also presented its James F. Henry Award, which is named for die organization's founder and first president, to Lord Woolf of Barnes, die former Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, for his role in encouraging United Kingdom court conflict resolution processes.
