CPR President Kathy Bryan focused on options and opportunities for resolving cases in ADR internationally in a panel discussion at the Fall 2009 Association of General Counsels meeting in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 15.rnBryan appeared on panel called, "Litigation, Mediation or Arbitration: Options for International Dispute Resolution." The panel was moderated by Robert C. Weber, senior vice president, legal and regulatory affairs, and general counsel of IBM Corp. Weber, who is based at IBM's Armonk, N.Y. headquarters also is a CPR Institute board member.
