An influential listing of international arbitration guidance-a point-by-point collection of how to's, tips and suggestions ranging from preparation steps to proper conduct-emerged publically for the first time early this summer.rnThe 20-section treatise-style handbook was posted for public consumption by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators at its website in June.rnThe guidelines have been around for more than a decade, sparked by changes to, and intended to help neutrals deal with, 1996 U.K. arbitration law revisions. An early version was printed in the late 1990s in a Chartered Institute publication.
