WHERE TO FIND AIRLINE HISTORY PRESERVED: AIRLINE ARCHIVES IN THE USA

IN 2013, Brian Lusk-an avid airline history buff and the archivist for his employer, Southwest Airlines (WN)-decided to reach out to historians at other airlines and airline-oriented museums. His idea: to bring them all together to exchange information and create a unified forum, charting the way forward for the organizations that preserve commercial aviation history. He organized the first conference of the Airline Archivists and Historians Association (AAHA), held that year in Dallas.
