Airport Butler Concierge provides premium and customised service to each and every client whether they are arriving, departing or connecting. We will greet customers with their name prominently displayed on an electronic greet sign and remain with them every step of the way from kerb to gate or gate to kerb. We will assist with baggage handling, fast track through security (where possible), escort through Customs and coordinate ground transportation as requested. Every client is treated as a VIP with Airport Butler. We offer two levels of service, Gold and Platinum. We will navigate the airport for the passenger so their experience is seamless and relaxed. We will monitor flights, assist with lounge service, personal shopping or dining arrangements if required, and notify friend or family once service is complete. We will also assist as needed during flight delays or cancellations.
