摘要

In this study, effects of micro-synthetic-jet cavity design on generated flow were computationally investigated by simulating flows of various micro-synthetic-jet configurations. Results were evaluated by comparing instantaneous orifice wall slip-velocities, jet velocities and momentum fluxes at four stages of the jet diaphragm. Even though mean value of slip-velocities are around the 10 percent of the exit jet velocities, their values are higher than the maximum diaphragm velocity for many cases.
