Masen's entire executive commitee in trouble following Bakkoury

Trouble is brewing at Morocco's sustainable energy agency Masen, whose boss Mustapha Bakkoury is under investigation over the management of the organisation. According to information gathered by African Intelligence, the travel ban handed to Bakkoury by the Brigade nationale de la police judiciaire (BNPJ) when it launched an investigation on 30 March (Africa Intelligence, 02/04/21) has now been extended to all four members of Masen's executive committee. Those concerned are development director Tarik Hamane, strategic development director Fatema Hamdouch, head of resources Nisrine Elkortbi and operations director Rachid Bayed.
