Whether a coincidence or asurprise welcome present, the tenaciousAmerican businessman Jack Grynberg,head of RSM Production Corp, filed foranother arbitration against VOG in Londonwith weeks of the posting. This timeround, Grynberg is contesting the validityof a $2.9 million cash call issued byVOG’s local branch Gaz du Camerounfor well remediation work on Well LA-108of the Cameroonian block Logbaba. RSMholds a 38% share in this block of whichVOG is the operator. In 2013, Grynberghad won an arbitration against VOGbefore the International Chamber ofCommerce in Paris ( AEI 713).
