VLJ builders begin to establish maintenance networks

With order books showing hundreds of sales for the new class of very light jet (VLJ), manufacturers are now turning to the question of how to maintain the fleets once they go into operation over the next several years. To that end, two of the key companies in this sector—Sino Swearingen Aircraft and Adam Aircraft-have recently selected partners with extensive maintenance and spare parts management expertise to develop support networks for their aircraft.
