One of the largest privately owned aircraft maintenance facilities ever to be constructed in the U.S. took a big step forward in January when Boeing agreed to be the first tenant of the Oklahoma Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul Technology Center (MROTC), located across from Tinker Air Force Base (AFB) in Oklahoma City.
