A change in the air

This month's editorial mix of military propulsion systems and testing equipment seems very appropriate if one considers how the militaries of several countries—but especially, of course, the U.S.'s military—have been tested over the past three or four years. What often comes out of a testing phase is change, be it a product or a corporate reorganization. One thing that has not changed is the U.S. Air Force is still looking for a new refueler to replace its aging KC-135 Stratotanker fleet.
