Any AIAA member who wishes to propose a candidate for the 2011 Board of Directors elections through the petition process must submit a written petition, signed by at least 300 voting members, to the AIAA Secretary. To allow for verification of signatures by the cutoff date established in the bylaws, completed petition packets must be received by the Secretary by 1 December 2010. Each petition must be accompanied by the petition candidate's written acceptance, biographical data, campaign statement, and photograph.
