Do More With VFP's SQL Commands

In my article in the July 2004 issue, I looked at new and expanded uses of subqueries in Visual FoxPro 9. This article considers additional changes related to VFP's SQL sublanguage. Although some of these changes involve subqueries, they're more focused on other areas. As I mentioned in my previous article, VFP 9 removes limits in a number of areas. Table 1 shows the changes in limits related to SQL commands. With the exception of the nesting of subqueries (which I discussed in my previous article), the old limits may seem generous to you, but each can be a problem in some circumstances.
