42nd Annual International Symposium on Microelectronics: Don't Miss It!

As usual, the September/October issue of Advancing Microelectronics tells you what you need to know about the upcoming IMAPS symposium, which is being held November 1-5 at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center. As you will see in all of the information in this issue, the IMAPS crew and many dedicated volunteers have put together another excellent program.rnI have had a busy year with this publication, but it has also been an honor to serve as the General Chair for IMAPS 2009. It has been a great experience to see how it all comes together. I can't say enough about the effort put in by the organizing committee and IMAPS staff, especially when everyone is as busy as ever in today's business environment.
