摘要

"IMAPS has been yet another step on the ladder to reach new heights in my career goal. Since my childhood, I always wanted to join the workforce to make a significant contribution to the advances of science and technology. Having understood the importance of leadership and co-curricular involvements with professional societies, it did not take me long to capitalize the tempting offer to start a local chapter at the University of Idaho. Furthermore, I could cherry-pick some enthusiastic students from the College of Engineering as my officers who were already exhibiting extravagant passion for different intra-university events. Since they also had similar career goals, it was sort of a 'dream-team' committee to start with. Thus, it was pretty easy for me as a leader and we as a team to start the chapter from scratch.
