Three I MAPS Groups Team-up to Produce a Valuable Event

The IMAPS Chesapeake Chapter held a successful summer symposium at the University of Maryland's Center for Advanced Life Cycle Engineering (CALCE). The event included an industry dinner, a student poster contest, and two technical presentations. Bhanu Sood, Director of Test Services at CALCE, presented on scientific ways to identify counterfeit electronic parts and materials. Lyudmyla Panashchenko, an Aerospace Engineer at NASA Goddard, presented three case studies on electronic component design improvements.
