Highlights from the 45th International Symposium on Microelectronics

The IMAPS 2012 Symposium was held Sept 9-13 at the Town & Country Resort and Conference Center in San Diego, CA. Attendee feedback indicated this was one of our strongest technical programs to date. The IMAPS membership extends our great appreciation to the hard work of the international technical committee chaired by Matt Nowak of Qualcomm, with co-chairs Martin Goetz of Northrop Grumman for the USA, Ivan Ndip of Fraunhofer Institute for Europe and Choon Lee of Amkor for Asia.
