Truetzschler exits staple fibre business

Machine builder Truetzschler Nonwovens & Man-Made Fibers GmbH has agreed to sell its entire staple fibre business to the Manmade Fibers Segment of the Oerlikon Group. Truetzschler of Egelsbach, Germany, has signed an agreement with the Ffaeffikon, Switzerland-based Oerlikon, which will integrate the acquisition within its Oerlikon Neumag business. Terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
