Editorial

摘要

This special issue includes twelve extended, reviewed and revised papers originally presented at Civil-Comp Conferences in recent years. The first eight papers were presented at the Ninth International Conference on Engineering Computational Technology (ECT2014). The final four papers were originally presented at the Twelfth International Conference on Computational Structures Technology (CST2014). These conferences were held concurrently in Naples, Italy from 2-5 September 2014.Further special issues of papers presented at these conferences will be published in "Advances in Engineering Software" and "Computers and Structures".
