摘要

Organic materials have significant advantages over inorganic materials in that their dimensions can easily be miniaturized and their properties can easily be tailored through chemical synthesis. Therefore, they are considered to be promising candidates for use in future nonvolatile memory-device applications, and are expected to overcome the limitations of silicon- and metal-oxide-based memory devices.
