摘要

Phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes (PHOLEDs) have been developed because of high quantum efficiency of phosphorescent emitting materials.[1-3] A theoretical quantum efficiency over 20% has already been obtained in red, green, and blue colors by synthesizing new emitting materials and charge-transport materials in combination with optimized device architecture.
