摘要

Encapsulation of fragrances is an important issue in different branches of industry such as cosmetics and detergent industry. In order to avoid the evaporation of valuable essential oils and perfumes, and to increase the shelf-life of these substances, chemically and physically-based techniques such as interfacial polycondensation and spraycoating are used.
