With Container Terminal 9 (CT9) at Hong Kong now a done deal after the recent signing of the land-grant agreement, the spotlight has been thrown on the future of Container Terminals (CT) 10 and 11 on Lantau Island. The Port and Maritime Board (PMB) remains bullish that the project will go ahead but is slightly more cautious with regard to the timing. A spokesman said: 'We will have to wait for the next port cargo review before deciding when CT10 and CT11 will go ahead. The last review was carried out in February and tie next one will be in two years' time.
