Pro Future shows green credentials

Kalmar has created a concept designed to encompass all of its environmentally friendly equipment. Under the Pro Future initiative, the company's machines will be rated against five ecological decision-making drivers: source of power, energy efficiency, emissions, noise pollution and recyclability. Within each category, a product or service will be evaluated on a scale of one to five, with the highest totals offering the most 'green' benefits. Qualifying machines will carry a new green-and-white Pro Future logo, making Kalmar's eco-friendly products easier to recognise.
