Necessary and sufficient conditions of the existence and uniqueness of bounded and almost-periodic solutions of nonlinear dif ferential equation dx/dt+f(x)=h(t), t∈R, are obtained. Here f: R→R is continuous, h: R→R is continuous and bounded.
