Kelly Services, a global workforce placement firm, released a new survey offering an international perspective on how inter-generational dynamics come into play in the work environment.rnFor example, in North America, 41 percent of employees surveyed said that different generations make for a more productive workplace, while 20 percent said that they interfere with productivity. Seventy-four percent also said that they adapt their communication style to colleagues from a different generation.rnIn Europe, meanwhile, 47 percent of Baby Boomers embrace generational diversity, leading the world in their acceptance across the ages. Those Generation Yers in Asia Pacific, according to the survey, are world leaders in their positive attitude to management - 45 percent revealed that they are being managed and rewarded positively.
