MIRA's new Radio Frequency Interference (RFI) laboratory is specifically intended for the development and testing of whole vehicles and components covering not only the range 30 MHz -1 GHz specified by European Directive 95/54/EC for emissions and immunity, but also frequencies considerably above this. The laboratory is able to perform immunity measurements up to 18 GHz and has an emissions measurement capability in excess of 170 GHz.
