摘要

Skarlicki and Folger (1997) found that distributive, procedural, and interactioanl justice interacte to predict workplace retaliation. In this follow-up and extension of that study, we investigawted whether a person-by-situation interaction explained variance in workplace retaliation beyond what could be attributed to fairness perceptions aone. Negative affectivity and agreeableness were found to moderate the relationship between fairness perceptions and retaliation.
