CVO = cardiovascular outcome, CVD = cardiovascular disease. *Patients with a previous CVO were excluded for the population of patients with an age between 30 to 75 years and enrolled in the program after July 01–2015. **The exclusion criteria were applied to the eligible patients with more than six months in the program
