Small cholangiolocellular carcinoma that was difficult to distinguish from cholangiocellular carcinoma: a case report

Findings of dynamic computed tomography (CT) and FDG-PET. Conventional CT shows a low-density tumor whose margin is unclear in the left lobe of the liver. The tumor shows marked enhancement at the periphery in the arterial phase. The tumor shows prolonged enhancement at the periphery in the portal phase. In late phase, the tumor shows slightly lower density relative to the normal liver but has a faint enhancement inside the tumor. The tumor exhibits uptake of FDG, whose SUV max is 4.7
