The identification of salt tolerance and the assay of abscisic acid (ABA) in Zhefu802 and Changmaogu (CMG). : The seedlings of CMG, Zhefu802, and Pokkali when the dry seeds were immersed in sea water (total salt:2%) at room temperature for 30 days; : The germination tendencies of CMG, Zhefu802, and Pokkali at different NaCl concentrations; : The germination rates of CMG, Zhefu802, and Pokkali in 0.12 mol/L NaCl solution; : the ABA levels of both parents and two bulks at germination stage; e: the ABA levels in roots and leaves of CMG at different sampling points under salt stress
