Purpose:The aim of the present study is to evaluate the effects of deliberate hypotensive anesthesia on intraocular pressure (IOP) and ocular perfusion pressure (OPP) and compare the effects of propofol total intravenous anesthesia (TIVA) and desflurane anesthesia on IOP and OPP.
