OPN、VEGF、MVD的表达与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系

             

摘要

目的 探讨肿瘤侵袭相关基因骨桥蛋白(OPN)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF) 的表达和微血管密度(MVD)与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系.方法 将80例垂体腺瘤手术标本分为侵袭组42例和非侵袭组38例,采用免疫组化方法检测OPN、VEGF蛋白的表达,检测CD34标记的血管内皮细胞并计数MVD;并采用统计学方法分析这些指标与垂体腺瘤侵袭性的关系.结果 侵袭组的OPN、VEGF表达均较非侵袭组增高(均P<0.05),其MVD值也较非侵袭组增高(P<0.01),但这些指标在不同年龄、性别、肿瘤组织学类型患者间的差异无统计学意义(均P >0.05),OPN与VEGF的表达呈正相关(r = 0.492,P<0.01).结论 OPN影响垂体腺瘤生物学行为改变可能与促使肿瘤血管形成有关,OPN、VEGF和MVD可作为判断垂体腺瘤侵袭性和评估预后的良好生物学指标,三者联合检测有望更客观评价垂体腺瘤的侵袭性.%Objective To examine the expressions of osteopontin (OPN), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and micro- vessel density (MVD) in pituitary adenomas, and the correlation with tumor invasiveness. Methods Total 80 surgical specimens of pituitary adenoma, including 42 invasive case and 38 non- invasive case were collected. The expressions of OPN, VEGF and MVD were detected by immunohistochemistry, their correlation with clinicopathological characteristics of the tumor were analyzed. Results The expressions of OPN, VEGF and MVD were significantly higher in invasive group than those in non- invasive group (P<0.05 or P<0.01) ; but they were not correlated with age, sex and histologicaltypes ofpatients. The expression ofOPN was positively correlated with VEGF (r = 0.492, P<0.01). Conclusion The upregulated OPN and VEGF may be associated with angiogenesis and invasiveness ofpituitary adenoma.
