美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果分析

[Objective ]To analyze the clinical effect of combination of metoprolol and enalapril in treating essential hyperten-sion .[Method] 122 patients with essential hypertension in our hospital from May 2011 to July 2013 were divided into treatment group and control group randomly . The control group eceivedenalaprilonly , and the treatment group received metoprolol and enalopril .The clinical effects were observed after 8 weeks .[Result] (1) The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pres-sure of the two groups declined after 2 ,4 ,6 and 8 weeks( P<0 .05) .The fall of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of treatment group was greater than control group at the same time .And the difference was statistically significant ( P<0 .05) .(2) Theeffective rateof treatment group and control group was 91 .8% and 65 .6% ,respectively ,with significant dif-ference ( P<0 .05 ) . [Conclusion ] The effect of combination of metoprolol and enalapril in treating essential hypertension is significant .This method can be further expanded in clinical practice .%目的：分析美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压的临床效果。方法：选取2011年5月至2013年7月在我院进行治疗的原发性高血压患者122例，随机分为实验组及对照组，对照组口服依那普利，实验组行美托洛尔及依那普利联合治疗，治疗8周，观察2组治疗效果。结果：2组患者治疗2周、4周、6周及8周后收缩压及舒张压与治疗前比较均有明显下降（ P＜0.05），实验组有效率（91.8％）高于对照组（65.6％）（ P＜0.05）。结论：美托洛尔联合依那普利治疗原发性高血压效果显著，可有效降低该病患者收缩压及舒张压，可在临床上进一步推广使用。
