铁皮石斛与玉竹抗疲劳作用的比较研究

         

摘要

Objective To compare the anti-fatigue effects of Dendrobium candidum with that of Polygonatum. Methods Twenty-five ICR mice were randomly divided into negative control group, single herb Dendrobium can-didum group, single herb Polygonatum group, Dendrobium candidum compound group, and Polygonatum compound group, with 5 mice in each group. All group were given the corresponding drugs for consecutive 7 days, then un-derwent the swimming test. After that, all mice rested for 2 days, then were intragastrically given the corresponding drug for 30 min and underwent hypoxia experiment. The differences between 2 groups were analyzed. Results The increase in weight was the biggest and swimming time and hypoxia-tolerant time were the longest in Dendrobium candidum compound group(8.60±0.69g, 9.86±0.35min, 28.66±1.28min), followed by those in Polygonatum compound group(7.46±0.55g, 9.02±0.45min, 26.78±1.7min), then those in single herb Dendrobium candidum group(6.40±1.14g, 8.87±1.00min, 24.52±2.32min), single herb Polygonatum group (5.60±1.20g, 8.56±0.69min, 2.38±2.21min), with the least in Negative control group (4.84±0.98g, 7.44±0.91min, 19.92±2.12min). There were significant differences be-tween Dendrobium candidum compound group and single herb group and negative control group and between Den-drobium candidum compound group and Polygonatum compound group (P<0.05). Conclusion Both of Polygonatum and Dendrobium candidum have obvious anti-fatigue effect. The effect of single herb Polygonatum is slightly minor than that of single herb Dendrobium candidum. The Anti-fatigue effect of Dendrobium candidum compound evident-ly surpasses that of Polygonatum Compound.%目的:观察铁皮石斛与玉竹及其配方的抗疲劳作用。方法将ICR小鼠25只随机分为阴性对照组、单味铁皮石斛组、单味玉竹组、铁皮石斛复方组、玉竹复方组,每组5只,连续给药1周(7天)后进行游泳实验,小鼠休息2天后,灌胃相应药物30min后进行耐缺氧实验,记录数据,对比并分析各组的差异。结果小鼠体质量增长、游泳时间和耐缺氧时间,呈现复方铁皮石斛组[(8.60±0.69)g、(9.86±0.35)min、(28.66±1.28)min]>复方玉竹组[(7.46±0.55)g、(9.02±0.45)min、(26.78±1.27)min]>单味铁皮石斛组[(6.40±1.14)g、(8.78±1.00)min、(24.52±2.32)min]>单味玉竹组[(5.60±1.20)g、(8.56±0.69)min、(23.38±2.21)min]>对照组[(4.84±0.98)g、(7.44±0.91)min、(19.92±2.12)min],且复方组明显高于其它三组(P<0.05)。结论铁皮石斛和玉竹均有显著的抗疲劳作用,单味玉竹的抗疲劳作用略亚于单味铁皮石斛,铁皮石斛复方的抗疲劳效果明显优于玉竹复方。
