目的：探讨超声刀在开腹胃癌根治术中保脾的价值。方法回顾性分析2002年1月至2015年12月236例胃癌根治术患者的临床资料，其中应用超声刀组78例，常规电刀手术组158例，统计两组脾损伤情况。结果超声刀组脾切除0例（0%），常规手术组行脾切除9例（5.7%），两组差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论超声刀应用于开腹胃癌根治术能够减少脾脏损伤，在胃癌根治术中具有较好的应用价值。%Objective To investigate the ultrasonic harmonic scalpel in open gastric cancer radical resection of spleen preserving value. Methods We retrospectively analysed 236 cases of gastric cancer patients in our hospital from January 2002 to December 2015,the application of ultrasound harmonic scalpel group of 78 cases,conventional operation group of 158 cases,the statistics of the two groups of spleen injury. Results The ultrasound harmonic scalpel group underwent splenectomy was 0 case(0%) and conventional surgery group were 9 cases(5.7%). Two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound harmonic scalpel used in conventional gastric carcinoma radical operation can reduce the injury and has better application prospect.
