前列腺癌中Shh Ptc的表达与前列腺癌临床病理的关系

         

摘要

Objective To detect the expressions of Shh and Ptc genes in prostate cancer and adjacent tissues,and to analyze the relationship between the expression of Shh and Ptc gene and clinicopathological features of prostate cancer. Methods The expressions of Shh and PtcmRNA were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in 32 cases with prostate cancer and normal prostate tissue,and the relationship and clinicopathological features of prostate cancer were analyzed. Results The positive rates of Shh and Ptc in prostate cancer tissues were 90.62%(29/32) and 93.75%(30/32) respectively,and the positive rates of Shh and Ptc mRNA in prostate cancer tissues were significantly higher than those in normal prostate tissues 43.75%(14/32). There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The abnormal expression of Shh and Ptc mRNA was correlated with Gleason grade and clinical stage of prostate cancer. Abnormal expression of Shh and Ptc was positively correlated with prostate cancer. Conclusion The expression of Shh and PtcmRNA is abnormally high in prostate cancer. The abnormal expression of Shh and Ptc is correlated with the clinicopathological features of prostatic cancer. The expression of Shh and Ptc is positively correlated with prostate cancer,which may be involved in the progression of prostate cancer.%目的 检测前列腺癌(Prostate Carcinoma)、癌旁前列腺组织中Shh、Ptc基因的表达,分析其与前列腺癌临床病理的关系.方法 采用逆转录聚合酶链式反应(reverse anscription Polymerase Chain Reaction RT-PCR)法检测32例前列腺癌及正常前列腺组织中Shh、PtcmRNA的表达,分析其表达与前列腺癌的临床病理关系.结果 前列腺癌组织中Shh、Ptc mRNA的表达均高于正常前列腺组织,在前列腺癌组织中Shh、Ptc的阳性表达率分别为90.62%和93.75%,癌旁前列腺组织中分别为40.63%和43.75%,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Shh、Ptc mRNA异常增高表达与前列腺癌Gleason分级及临床分期相关;Shh与Ptc的异常表达在前列腺癌中呈正相关.结论 Shh、PtcmRNA在前列腺癌中呈现异常增高表达,其异常增高表达与前列腺癌临床病理相关,Shh、Ptc增高表达在前列腺癌中呈现正相关,两者可能协同参与前列腺癌发生、进展.
