Segond骨折及合并损伤的影像学分析

摘要

Objective To discuss the image correlation between segond fractures and its associated injuries.Methods The imaging and clinical data of 22 patients with Segond fractures were retrospective studied, concluding the MRI of cruciate ligament injury, meniscus injury, which related to the Segond fractures.Results There were 12 patients with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) trauma, 2 with tibial avulsion fracture of anterior cruciate ligament, 3 with ACL injury, 6 with medial collateml ligament sprain, 12 with meniscus injury.Only 1 cases was simple avulsion fractures of the medial tibial plateau.Conclusion Segond fracture is an indirect diagnostic criteria for the characteristics of anterior cruciate ligament injury which associates with meniscus and medial and lateral collateral ligament injury, knowing the image of various Segond fracture can reduce misdiagnosis.%目的 探讨Segond骨折时合并膝关节其他损伤的影像特点.方法 回顾2010年1月至2015年1月22例Segond骨折的影像学及临床资料,分析Segond骨折患者的交叉韧带、内外侧副韧带损伤、半月板损伤的MRI表现.结果 MRI诊断前交叉韧带完全断裂12例,前交叉韧带胫骨附丽撕脱骨折2例,前交叉韧带部分断裂3例,内侧副韧带损伤6例,半月板损伤12例,仅1例为单纯胫骨内侧平台撕脱骨折.结论 Segond骨折是前交叉韧带损伤特征性的间接诊断标准,常合并半月板及内、外侧副韧带损伤,认识Segond骨折的各种相关膝关节损伤,可减少漏诊.
