外用鼻夹板应用于鼻骨整复术后的观察护理

摘要

目的 探讨鼻骨骨折患者在鼻骨整复后应用鼻夹板的观察及护理要点.方法 分析67例鼻骨整复手术患者使用外用鼻夹板固定后进行针对性的相关护理措施.结果 67例患者出院随访1~3个月,3例鼻夹板有松脱现象,后调整固定位置恢复.鼻外观均无畸形,无出血、感染等并发症发生.结论 鼻骨整复后应用鼻夹板固定保护外鼻,及时观察并采取有效的护理措施及宣教,减轻患者焦虑情绪,降低患者痛苦,有利于提高治疗效果.%Objective To explore the observation and nursing of patients with fracture of nasal bone nasal splint in nasal bone after reconstruction.Methods The pertinent nursing measures of 67 cases of nasal bone reduction surgery with external nasal splint fixation were summarized and analyzed.Results All of 67 patients were followed up for -3 months from January to December,and the nasal splint got loosened in 3 cases. There was no deformity,no bleeding,infection and other complications.Conclusion Application of nasal splint protection of nasal bone reduction,timely observation and effective nursing measures and education can reduce the anxiety and pain of patients,improve the therapeutic effect.
