全麻手术中应用血管活性药物的护理

摘要

Objective To discuss the safety and nursing key points of application of vascular active drug in general anaesthesia operation. Methods 82 cases of general anesthesia surgery in the treatment of patients with application of vascular active drugs and intraoperative nursing effect were observed and summarized. Results After close observation and effective nursing measures,82 cases of general anesthesia surgery patients with application of vascular active drugs were sucessfully completed surgery and recovery,with satisfactory results. Conclusions We should attach importance to the vascular active drugs observation and nursing in general anesthesia surgery. The application of pharmacological knowledge and nursing knowledge can ensure drug safety,improve nursing quality and work efficiency.%目的 讨论全身麻醉(全麻)手术中应用血管活性药物的安全性和护理要点.方法 观察和总结82例全麻手术中应用血管活性药物患者的治疗和术中护理效果.结果 经过密切观察及有效的护理措施,82例全麻手术中应用血管活性药物的患者均顺利完成手术并复苏,治疗效果满意.结论 应重视对全麻手术中应用血管活性药物的观察与护理,运用所掌握的药理知识和护理知识,可以确保用药安全,提高护理质量和工作效率.
