保留皮肤乳腺切除联合一期假体重建在早期乳腺癌应用中的美学分析

摘要

目的 探讨如何将乳房美学原则应用于保留皮肤乳腺切除联合一期假体置入乳房再造的早期乳腺癌,以获得良好的外观效果.方法 在实施一期假体植入乳房再造时,将肿瘤重建和美学塑形结合起来.术前设计根据乳房美学原则兼顾肿瘤安全性,选择合适假体.术中充分分离使假体放置到位,细节操作精确有效,术中需即时评估美学效果.结果 67例乳腺癌患者应用此方法行一期假体置入乳房再造,外观评价:优53例,良11例,一般2例,差1例.优良率达95.5%.结论 保留皮肤乳腺切除联合一期假体重建时,从美学的角度和细节控制可实现最佳的美学效果.%Objective To explore the apply of breast aesthetics to immediate breast reconstruction with implants in the early stage of breast cancer in order to get favorable appearance. Methods The immediately reconstructive breast surgery with implants were carried out with the emphasis on the combination of reconstructive repair and aesthetic analysis.Preoperative design based on the principles of breast aesthetics and In consideration of the safety of the tumor,selected the appropriate prosthesis.The full separation to make the prosthesis could be placed in place,and the details of the operation must be accurate and effective. Immediate assessment of aesthetic effects should be done intraoperative. Results This immediately reconstructive breast surgery was completed in 67 breast cancer patients.Appearance evaluation:excellent in 53 cases,good in 11 cases,general in 2 cases,poor in 1 case. The excellent and good rate was 95.5%. Conclusion The best aesthetic effects can be achieved from the aesthetic point of view and the details of the control during the immediately reconstruction surgery with implants .
