巨脾型晚期血吸虫病患者与其他巨脾患者骨髓细胞比较分析

摘要

Objective To evaluate the difference of hypocytosis in bone marrow examination of peripheral blood between megalosplenia patients with advanced schistosomiasis and hypersplenism. Methods Retrospective analysis of bone marrow cytospins of 60 patients of advanced schistosomiasis with megalosplenia were carried out. Results There were significant differences of nucleated cell hyperplasia,counts and every period proportion of megakaryocyte and granulocyte proportion between 60 megalosplenia patients of advanced schistosomiasis and 40 megalosplenia patients of hypersplenism,respectively. Conclusion There are differences of megalosplenia between advanced schistosomiasis and hypersplenism. Advanced schistosomiasis patients with megalosplenia are not equal to patients of hypersplenism.%目的 分析巨脾型晚期血吸虫(晚血)患者与其他巨脾型脾功能亢进患者的外周血血细胞减少在骨髓细胞学中的差别.方法 对60例巨脾型晚血患者的骨髓片细胞资料进行回顾性分析.结果 60例巨脾型晚血患者有核细胞增生情况、巨核细胞数及各期比例、粒细胞比例与40例其他巨脾型脾功能亢进患者比较,均有显著差异.结论 巨脾型晚血患者与其他巨脾型脾功能亢进患者在骨髓细胞学中有显著差异,晚血巨脾不等于脾功能亢进.
