曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效观察

摘要

目的 观察曲美他嗪联合左卡尼汀治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效.方法 慢性心力衰竭患者150例,所有患者均接受常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗,在此基础上按随机原则分为联合组1、联合组2及对照组,每组各50例.联合组予曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d,并联用不同剂量左卡尼汀,1次/d,对照组予治疗曲美他嗪20mg,3次/d,14d后观察各组疗效并比较.结果 治疗14d后,联合组2患者6分钟步行距离、左室射血分数改善优于其他两组(P<0.05),而BNP下降幅度在联合组1和联合组2中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但明显高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在常规治疗基础上,曲美他嗪联合小剂量的左卡尼汀,可改善心力衰竭患者的心功能.%Objective To investigate the efficacy of different dosages of L-carnitine combined with trimetazidine in treating patients with chronic heart failure. Methods 150 patients chronic heart failure were randomly divided into control group(n=50)and different dosages of L-canitine(i.e., 1g,2g,n=50 in each group)combined with trimetazidine groups,named combined 1 group,combined 2 group respectively. Patients in the control group received conventional anti-heart failure drugs,those in combined groups received trimetazidine(20mg Tid)and L-canitine intravenously 1g/d, 2g/d,respectively.Efficacy of each group was observed after 14 days. Results After received trimetazidine 20mg Tid and L-canitine 2g/d for 14 days and six-minute walking distance and left ventricular ejection fraction were significantly improved compared to other groups(P<0.05),BNP Level significantly decreased in combined 1 group and combined 2 group compared to control group(P<0.05),but there was no significantly difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Trimetazidine combined with low dose L-canitine can improve heart function.
