维生素D不足与儿童肺炎炎症相关指标的关系

摘要

Objective To explore the relationship between serum vitamin D(VD)and acute phase reaction protein,procalcitonin(PCT) in children with pneumonia. Methods 112 children with pneumonia in Hangzhou children's hospital from March 2016 to August 2016 were involved in this study. Venous blood was collected within 24h after hospitalization. Serum 25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[25-(OH)D3],ferritin(SF),amyloid a(SAA),prealbumin(PA),C-reactive protein(CRP),haptoglobin(HPT)and PCT were determined. Results Compared with sufficient VD group,insufficient VD group had significantly lower levels of PA(P value<0.05)and higher levels of SF,SAA,CRP,PCT(P value<0.05). Conclusion Serum VD level is associated with the inflammatory markers in children with pneumonia.VD supplementation has a certain significance to reduce the risk of pneumonia and severe pneumonia.%目的 探讨血清维生素D(VD)对肺炎患儿急性相反应蛋白和降钙素原(PCT)水平的关系.方法 2016年3月至8月期间112例肺炎患儿,在入院后24h内检测血清25-羟维生素D3[25-(OH)D3],铁蛋白(SF)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)、前白蛋白(PA)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、触珠蛋白(HPT)等急性时相反应蛋白和PCT.结果 VD不足组PA水平低于VD充足组,VD不足组的SF、SAA、CRP和PCT水平高于VD充足组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血清VD水平与肺炎患儿炎症指标相关;适当补充VD,对降低肺炎、重症肺炎发生的风险具有一定意义.
