男性勃起功能障碍患者的多因素流行病学调查

摘要

目的 研究男性勃起功能障碍(ED)患者的流行病学及其相关影响因素.方法 选取男科门诊2014年5月至2016年2月通过自主开发的国家重点专科"阳痿病"协作诊疗研究平台纳入的ED患者233例,分析人口学信息、生殖健康信息以及国际勃起功能指数-5(IIEF-5)等资料.结果 ED患者年龄分布以30~39岁(39.5%)为主,病程分布以<5年(82.4%)为主,病情程度以轻度ED(62.7%)为主;与30~39岁比较,50~59岁、>60岁段患者病程较长且IIEF-5评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),<30岁、40~49岁段差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与未婚、离婚患者比较,已婚患者以轻度ED为主且IIEF-5评分较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);良好夫妻感情ED患者与一般、淡漠夫妻感情ED患者在病情程度上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),IIEF-5评分上,与一般夫妻感情ED患者差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与淡漠夫妻感情ED患者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 ED患者30~39岁年龄比重最高,以轻症ED为主,主要人群呈现年轻化趋势,良好的夫妻感情是ED患者康复的有利因素.%Objective To study the hospital out-patient patients with erectile dysfunction (ED) of epidemiology and its related influencing factors. Methods A total of 233 cases with ED were selected in our hospital outpatient service from May 2014 to February 2016 by self-developed'impotence disease' collaboration medical research platform,to analyze demographic information,reproductive health information and IIEF-5. Results The age distribution of ED patients in age 30~39 group was 39.5%,course of diseases distribution was given priority to with less than 5 years (82.4%),degree of illness was given priority to with mild ED (62.7%). Compared with age 30~39 group,the age 50~59 group and over age 60 group had longer duration of period of patients and lower IIEF-5 score,and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05),under the age 30 and 40~49 group,the differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05). In patients with unmarried or divorced,married patients mainly mild ED and IIEF-5 score was higher,the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Good relationship compared with general,indifference relationship ED patients had significant difference in the degree of statistical significance (P<0.01),the differences of IIEF-5 score and general relationship ED patients had statistical significance (P>0.05),compared with bad relationship ED patients difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion People of age 30~39 has the highest portion of ED, most of which are mild. There is a tendency that patients are getting younger A harmony relation between husband and wife is a favorable factor for recovery.
