经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术后中药热熨敷治疗椎旁肿痛短期临床疗效

摘要

Objective To conduct a short term retrospective analysis of diagnosis and treatment of lumbar disc herniation by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment.Methods From December2015 to2016,43 patients with lumbar disc herniation underwent transcutaneous intervertebral foramen surgery in orthopedic department of Hangzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital.Results40 patients were folowed up.40 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=18)and the control group (n=22).The treatment group contained18 groups,the control group contained22 groups. The meanings of VAS and JOA were statisticaly significant (P<0.05). The difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).ConclusionFor patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing by percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with traditional Chinese medicine ironing treatment Short-term efficacy is satisfactory,and has a certain effect on the recovery of patients' function and the improvement of symptoms and the complication.%目的 观察经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术联合中药热熨敷治疗腰椎间盘突出症的短期临床疗效.方法 回顾性分析2015年12月至2016年12月43例行经皮椎间孔镜手术的腰椎间盘突出症患者的临床资料.结果 43例患者,失访3例,随访40例.其中观察组18组,对照组22组.住院时间5~7d,平均6.2d;对照组中出现3例并发症,两组VAS和JOA评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 对接受经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除术的腰椎间盘突出症患者,术后采用中药热熨敷治疗,短期疗效满意,对患者功能恢复及症状改善和减少并发症发生具有一定疗效.
